This Privacy Policy explains how Alliance Data Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as TigerLeads.ai (“TigerLeads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, dashboards, and related services (the “Service”. The Service is designed primarily for business users (contractors, suppliers, and related professionals). The Service may include information sourced from public records, including construction permits and related filings.

1) What This Policy Covers

  • from you and your organization when you create an account, subscribe, configure filters, submit content, or contact us;

  • automatically through your use of the Service (device and usage data);

  • from public sources and third parties used to support the Service (including government/public records).

This Policy does not cover third-party websites or services you may access via links or integrations; those are governed by their own policies.

A. Information You Provide

  • Account and profile information (name, company name, role, email, phone, address/service area login credentials).

  • Subscription and billing information (billing contact details; payment confirmation and limited payment metadata from our processors—typically we do not store full card numbers).

  • Customer Content (filters, notes, tags, uploads, lead dispositions, suppression preferences, and similar account data you provide).

  • Communications (messages to support@tigerleads.ai , sales communications, surveys, and feedback).

B. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Usage data (pages/features used, searches/filters, lead views, clicks, timestamps, referral URLs).

  • Device and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, OS, language, approximate location derived from IP).

C. Information From Public Records and Third Parties

To provide the Service, we may collect and process information from:

  • Public/government records (e.g., permit applications, permit status updates, inspection events, project addresses, applicant/owner/contractor names when publicly available).

D. Information From Integrations (If Enabled)

  • Provide and operate the Service, including delivering leads/insights based on your settings.

  • Process subscriptions and payments, manage Credits, prevent fraud, and enforce billing terms.

  • Improve and maintain the Service, including troubleshooting, analytics, deduplication, and product development.

  • Secure the Service, including monitoring, preventing abuse, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

  • Communicate with you, including account notices, service announcements, and support responses.

  • Market the Service (subject to your choices), including sending product updates and offers.

  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4) How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following ways:

A. To Service Providers

We use vendors (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, support tools, payment processors). They may process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it and use it only for providing services to us.

B. To Customers (Lead Delivery)

A core function of the Service is providing Customers with lead and project information. This may include information from public records and related insights necessary to use the Service.

C. To Third-Party Integrations You Choose

If you enable integrations (e.g., exporting into a CRM), we may disclose information to those third parties at your direction.

D. For Legal, Safety, and Security Reasons

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith it is necessary to:

  • comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or court order;

  • protect rights, safety, and security of TigerLeads, our users, or others;

  • investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents.

E. Business Transfers

If we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction (subject to reasonable safeguards).

5) Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may create aggregated or de-identified data (for example, trend analyses by county or permit type). We may use and share this data for analytics, benchmarking, product improvement, and reporting, consistent with applicable law.

6) Your Choices and Rights

A. Account Updates

You can update certain account information through the Service or by contacting support.

B. Marketing Communications

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or contacting us. Even if you opt out, we may still send transactional or service messages (billing, security, outages, policy updates).

C. Individual Requests (Public Record Information)

If you are an individual whose information appears in public records that we process, you may request that we:

  • confirm whether we process certain information about you (where feasible), and/or

  • suppress your information from being displayed in certain contexts (where feasible and permitted).

Because we rely on public records and must maintain data integrity, we may not be able to delete or alter underlying public-record facts, but we will consider reasonable suppression requests consistent with the Service and applicable law.
